Onnesion, Inc. is a privately held chemistry-based company specialized in designing and synthesizing scaffolds and building blocks to assist pharmaceutical, biotech and allied organizations in drug discovery and biomedical research. Scaffolds amenable to rapid orthogonal diversification with broad array of chemical reactions as well as responsive to pharmacokinetic/ADMET requirements are difficult to find and highly desirable in drug discovery research. We conduct research to develop in-house chemistry expertise to design and synthesize novel scaffolds to access new chemical spaces leveraging unique and efficient chemistry. We actively incorporate Lipinski’s guidelines, multi-point rapid diversification, and pharmacokinetic/ADMET concepts into our design and selection process. In addition, we also identify and offer literature-based molecular entities which are valuable in drug discovery research, but not easily accessible in the marketplace.
